脂肪肝与血脂丙氨酸转氨酶的相关性分析

目的探讨脂肪肝与血脂、丙氨酸转氨酶（ATL）的相关性，为脂肪肝的预防和治疗提供参考依据。方法将2012年3月-10月于我院进行健康体检的人群作为研究对象，并以B超体检结果为依据，随机抽取178例脂肪肝检出者和178例非脂肪肝受检者进行对照，同时空腹抽血进行丙氨酸转氨酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的测定，并对结果进行分析。结果脂肪肝组的丙氨酸转氨酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的异常率均显著高于非脂肪肝组，并且丙氨酸转氨酶男性较女性显著增高。结论脂肪肝患者大都伴有高血脂，且丙氨酸转氨酶的升高与之有关。

Correlation analysis of fatty liver,blood lipid and alanine aminotransferase

Objective To explore the relationship among fatty liver and blood fat,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, then provide reference for the prevention and treatment of fatty liver.Methods The people undertaken regular health check in our hospital from March to October 2012 were research object and using B ultrasonic examination,we randomly divided 178 patients with fatty liver as experimental group and 178 cases with no fatty liver was control group. Then the results of ALT,triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were detected and analyzed. Results The abnormal rate of ALT, triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein in the fatty liver group were obviously higher than those in non-fatty liver group and men, ALT of male was significantly higher than that of women. Conclusion Most patients with fatty liver had high cholesterol and which was related to the elevation of ALT.
