| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨瑞舒伐他汀对高龄不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响及安全性.方法 选择80例高龄不稳定心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组(常规治疗基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,qd),于治疗前、治疗后4周、12周检测血脂、hs-CRP及肝肾功能.然后进行对比分析.结果 治疗后4周TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP较对照组及治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),12周时仍进一步降低.结论 瑞舒伐他汀显著改善高龄UA患者血脂及hs-CRP,且应用安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of rosuvastatin on blood lipid and high sensitive C-reaction protein(hs-CRP)in unstable angina(UA) patiens.Methods Eighty Aged patiens with UA were random1y assigned to rosuvastatin treatment(rosuvastatin 10 mg/d) group and control group.The blood lipid(TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG),hs-CRP,ALT,Cr and CK from those two groups were detected before treatmen and at the fourth week and twelfth week of treatmen.Results The TG,TC,LDL-C and hs-CRP of the rosuvastatin treatment group declined(P
