| 摘 要： | 目的观察护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者生命体征改变的影响。方法将80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组对患者进行术前心理疏导,术后在麻醉苏醒室的陪护。对照组按一般手术常规进行。记录两组手术患者在术前1 d(干预前)、干预后入手术室初及术后拔除气管插管10 min的心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率。结果处理组的生命体征比对照组有明显好转,2组结果的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过积极的护理干预措施,可以缓解患者的焦虑和恐惧感,减轻患者情绪的强烈波动,使得患者更好的耐受手术。 |
