| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定白花蛇舌草配方颗粒中槲皮素和山奈素含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用正交试验优化白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的提取工艺,用HPLC测定白花蛇舌配方颗粒中槲皮素和山奈素的含量。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸(45∶55),检测波长360 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果:槲皮素在0.09～0.72μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),山奈素在0.034 3～0.274 4μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),槲皮素、山奈素的平均加样回收率分别为100.80%(RSD 1.79%),101.75%(RSD 1.76%)。结论:该方法简便、快速、重复性好,可作为白花蛇舌草配方颗粒中槲皮素和山奈素的含量测定。 |
