绿蓠技术在社区蚊虫防治中的应用研究

摘    要:目的评估绿蓠技术在社区蚊虫防治中的应用效果。方法使用诱蚊灯和诱蚊诱卵器连续监测。施用绿篱技术前后及对照区域、处理区域蚊密度变化。结果诱蚊诱卵器监测结果显示绿蓠技术灭蚊有效(P=0.000),处理后4周诱蚊诱卵指数平均下降率为89.6%;诱蚊灯监测结果显示捕获量在处理前后没有显著差异。经核算,绿蓠技术每次处理户均费用为1.47元。结论绿篱技术对白纹伊蚊有明显效果,持效在一个月以上,且户均费用较低。诱蚊灯不能作为白纹伊蚊为优势种的社区灭蚊效果考核工具。

Abstract:Objective To evaluation the efficiency of insecticidal barrier spray on vegetation for control of mosqui- toes in urban community. Methods Monitoring continuously for eight weeks using mosquito light traps and mosq- ovitraps. At the 4th week, a lamhda - cyhalothrin CS formulation was sprayed on vegetables using low volume spray technology as a barrier for mosquitoes in treatment areas. Results Monitoring results of mosq-ovitrap showed that the insecticidal barrier treatment technology is effective ( P = 0. 000 ). Four weeks after spraying, mosqito - ovitrap in- dex decreased by 89.6% on average. There was no difference in the catches of mosquito light traps in the experiment periods. The cost of insecticidal barrier treatment was 1.47 Yuan once for each household. Conclusion Insecticid- al barrier spray on vegetation efficitive for Aedes albopictus control, the effect could last for one month or more and the cost of treatment is low.
