莪术油涂抹创面治疗褥疮的效果观察

目的探讨莪术油涂抹创面治疗褥疮的效果。方法根据褥疮分期、发生部位将58例发生褥疮患者分为治疗组和对照组各29例，创面处理、消毒后，治疗组用莪术油涂抹创面，再用神灯照射30min，3次/d；对照组在创面硒上龙血竭粉，再用神灯照射30min，3次/d。由专人观察记录15d。结果治疗组治愈26例，显效2例，有效1例；对照组治愈9例，显效12例，有效6例，无效2例。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（H=169．09，P〈0．01）。结论采用莪术油涂抹刨面结合神灯照射治疗褥疮，疗效优于龙血竭粉结合神灯照射。

The Curative Effect of Externally Applying Zedoary Turmeric Oil on Bedsores

Objective To explore the curative effect of externally applying Zedoary Turmeric Oil on bedsores. Methods 58 patients were equally divided into the treatment group and control group according to the bedsore staging and locations. With the raw surfaces of bedsores cleaned and disinfected, Zedoary Turmeric Oil was externally applied in the treatment group, and the Resina Dracaenae Powder was used in the control group, then TDP radiation was used in beth groups for 30 rain, 3 times each day. A nurse was designated to observe and record the effect for 15 days. Results The differences of curative effect between the treatment group and the control group were significant （H=169.09,P〈0.01）. Conclusion In combination with TDP radiation, Zedoary Turmeric Oil is more effective in treating bedsores than Resina Dracaenae Powder.
