社区高血压患者自我效能与治疗依从性相关性研究

目的:对社区高血压患者自我效能与治疗依从性的相关性进行分析,从而探索提高患者自我效能的有效途径。方法:采用高血压患者自我效能评价表、治疗依从性问卷,以方便抽样的方法对符合纳入及排除标准的185例社区高血压患者进行调查,分析两者的相关性。结果:社区高血压患者自我效能总分为(26.92±5.46)分;34.6%的患者服药依从性好,26.4%的患者非药物依从性好;自我效能与服药依从性、非药物治疗依从性呈正相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:患者自我效能与治疗依从性密切相关,应重视自我效能对提高社区高血压患者治疗依从性的作用及有效利用。

A study on the correlation of self-efficacy and compliance of patients with hypertension in community

Objective：To explore an effective way to increase self-efficacy of patients with hypertension in community by correlative analysis between self-efficacy and compliance.Methods：A convenience sampling method was used.185 patients with hypertension in community were investigated using Self-efficacy Assessment Scale for Hypertensives,Treatment Compliance Questionnaire.Results：The total score of selfefficacy was 26.92±5.46;34.6% patients had good medication compliance,26.4% patients had good non-drug treatment compliance;self-efficacy and medication compliance,nondrug treatment compliance were positively correlated（P 〈0.01,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Selfefficacy is closely correlated to treatment compliance in patients with hypertension in community,thus it should pay attention to self-efficacy in order to improve their compliance.
