| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨医务人员锐器伤发生的原因,应用规范化管理模式预防锐器伤的发生。方法:根据2007-2009年"医疗锐器伤上报登记表"上报的72例锐器伤发生的案例进行回顾性调查分析。结果:手术室锐器伤的构成比最高,为18.1%;护士发生锐器伤的构成比最高,为63.9%;利器种类中胰岛素注射笔针头的构成比最高,为26.4%;锐器伤发生原因中回套针帽构成比最高,为30.5%;正确的伤口处理方法构成比较低,仅为25.0%。结论:强化医务人员标准预防理念,规范锐器伤的管理,减少锐器伤的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the reasons of the sharp instrument injury among medical staff. Methods: Totally 72 cases of sharp instrument injury which were reported during 2007 to 2009 were analyzed. Results: The department with highest occurrence was the operating room (18.1%), nurses had the highest occurrence (63.9%), more staff were injured by insulin pen needles (26.4%), the major cause were recapping needle (30.5%).
