医院消毒供应中心验收评审中存在的问题与对策

随着新技术新项目的开展,许多可重复使用的高、精、尖器械应用于临床,需要消毒供应中心(Central sterile supply department,CSSD)集中处理,使得CSSD的服务范畴越来越广,任务越来越重,作用越来越大。在卫生部颁布卫生行业标准后,国内各医院纷纷对CSSD进行新建、扩建和改建,以改进其内部流程,该省在2004年11月下发《江苏省医院消毒供应中心(室)验收标准(试行)》后,成立了由二、三级医院护理部主任、感染管理科专家、CSSD护士长组成的专家库,分别对全省13个市的医院CSSD建设提供指导和验收评审。5年来,通过对全省38家三级医院、104家二级医院的审核验收,发现有些医院虽然加大了对CSSD建设的投入,但仍与标准要求有差距,验收评审结果不尽人意。为能使各医院更好地执行卫生部颁布的行业标准要求,减少在CSSD建设中存在的不足,文章总结了该省验收评审过程中医院CSSD存在的系列问题,提出了医院进行质量改进的相关措施。
