青花明目胶囊治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

目的探讨青花明目胶囊对单纯型视网膜病变（DR）的治疗效果。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组194例,在降糖基础上用阿司匹林、前列地尔治疗;治疗组202例,在降糖和对照组西药治疗基础上予以青花明目胶囊口服。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗后整体疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为89.11%,对照组总有效率77.32%,二者比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组中医证候改善总有效率达91.09%,明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;青花明目胶囊能够显著降低单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者的纤维蛋白原（FIB）和D-二聚体（D-D）水平,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论青花明目胶囊具有降低血液黏稠度、改善微循环的作用,是治疗单纯型视网膜病变的有效药物。

Clinical Research on Simple Diabetic Retinopathy Treated with Qinghua Mingmu Capsule

Objective To explore the effect on simple diabetic retinopathy treated with qinghua mingmu capsule.Methods The patients were divided randomly into two groups.In a control group（194 cases）,on the basis of lowering glucose therapy,aspirin and alprostadil were applied.In a treatment group（202 cases）,on the basis of treatment for lowering glucose and the medication as control group,qinghua mingmu capsule was taken orally.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in either group.Results The total effective rate was 89.11% in treatment group and was 77.32% in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison（P0.05）.In treatment group,the total effective rate for the improvement in the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was up to 91.09%,which was better apparently than that in control group（P0.01）.Qinghua mingmu capsule could reduce significantly the levels of fibrinogen（FIB）and D-dimer（D-D）for the patients with simple diabetic retinopathy.The statistical significant difference presented in comparison with treatment group before treatment and control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Qinghua mingmu capsule reduces blood viscosity and improves microcirculation.It is an effective medicine for the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy.
