新型叩诊锤的研制及应用

目的研制新型叩诊锤将叩诊力量准确地进行计量并精确地显示出来,消除了叩诊力量的大小对反射强度的影响,也消除了叩诊力量这一因素对临床诊断的干扰。方法测试对象为健康成年人,使用期间随机进行使用效果评估,包括使用人员满意度调查,同时收集有关数据;满意度调查项目包括：外观设计、使用方便和功能,并与传统叩诊锤进行比较。结果新型叩诊锤的外观设计和使用方便程度得到了临床上普遍的接受,使用人员对新型叩诊锤的数字化计量功能都比较满意,最高满意度达到了96.7%。膝反射强度正常时的叩击力量为（121±22）g。使用低于99g的叩击力,随着叩击力量的逐渐增大,膝反射强度也越来越强;使用高于143g的叩击力量,反射强度不但不再随着叩击力量的增大而继续增强,反倒有下降的趋势。
