济南市无偿献血者献血前进行ALT快速检测可行性分析

目的探讨有无必要在街头无偿献血过程中进行丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）快速检测。方法在街头无偿献血者献血前采用快速法检测ALT及对比分析街头用ALT快速检测法与实验室速率法的检测准确性。结果2010年4月、5月未采用ALT快速检测法检测ALT，采集全血后ALT阳性率分剐为1．86％、1．83％，使用快速法检测ALT，采集全血后ALT阳性率为0．35％。快速检测法与实验室速率法无显著，巨差异（P〉0．05）。结论快速法检测准确性另人满意，献血前进行ALT快速检测可有效地节约血液资源、降低血液成本。

The feasibility analysis of ALT rapid detection prior to blood donation of voluntary blood donors in Jinan city

Objective To explore the necessity of voluntary Mood donation on the streets with alanine amlnotransferase （ALT） rapid detection. Methods Using the ALT rapid detection before the voluntary blood donors detected on the sureets, and comparativly analyze the accuracy of using the ALT on the slicers. Results From April to May in2010, Positive rate of ALT of whole blood which collected by the ways except rapid detection of ALT is 1.86% -1.83% . Positive rate of ALT of whole blood which collected by rapid detection of ALT is 0.35% . Studies showed no signiflcanfly difference between rapid detection and laboratory testing （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The accuracy of rapid detection is satisfactory, and it could save blood resources, reduce the cost of blood before blood donation.
