| Abstract: | Under the guidance of knowledge serving theory, with the aim of serving the overall situation of health work in Hebei province, based on the existing human resources, information resources and network structure resources, the paper initially establishes a medical knowledge service platform in Hebei province, setting serving health administration management, medical and health institutions and health professional technical staffs as one platform, introduces the aim, necessity, contents and significance of platform construction project implementation. |
