| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年慢性硬膜下血肿围手术期的治疗特点。方法回顾性分析87例80岁以上老年人慢性硬膜下血肿的临床资料。结果 17例保守治疗,生存时间半月-9月,生活质量差;70例行单孔钻孔引流术,1例因突发心肌梗死术后16月死亡,余生存时间均在2年以上,生活质量高。结论钻孔引流术是治疗老年人慢性硬膜下血肿的有效方法,加强围手术期管理是手术治疗成功的关键。
