血清化学元素与地方性氟中毒的关系

摘    要:
目的探讨地方性氟中毒(EF)患者血清化学元素的改变与EF的关系,为氟骨症的治疗提供科学的依据。方法按照整群随机抽样方法从贵州省六盘水市随机抽取轻、中、重和对照共4个乡,经临床和X线检查后随机选取98例做血清钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、磷(P)、锌(Zn)含量测定,并进行对照比较。结果各病区与对照组Ca、Mg、Fe、P相比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且随着病区严重程度的增加,氟骨症患者血清内的Ca和Mg有下降的趋势,各病区的Zn与对照组相比没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钙和镁对于地方性氟中毒的发生有一定的拮抗作用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the relation between the change of serum chemical element and endemic fluorosis so that scientific basis for the treatment of skeletal fluorosis can be provided.Methods According to cluster sampling from Liupanshui city in Guizhou province,four towns:light,medium,heavy prevalence area and control group were chosen.After clinic and X-ray examinations,98 subjects were chosen and the content of the serum calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),iron(Fe),Phosphate (P),zinc(Zn) were measured.Results Compared with control group,each disease area had stastical significance(P<0.05);And with the seriousness of prevalence degree area,Mg in patient's serum had the descendent trend;The Zn of each area did not have statistics significance.Conclusion Ca and Mg have a certain anti-function to the occurrence on endemic fluorosis.
