产妇硬脊膜外麻醉术后的体位研究

目的探讨产妇硬脊膜外麻醉术后回房的舒适体位。方法将行硬脊膜外麻醉术的产妇200例随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组产妇术后回房取睡枕卧位,不限制翻身活动;对照组采用教课书上的传统护理方法,去枕平卧6~8 h后取自由卧位。结果实验组产妇术后6 h子宫底的下降、阴道出血、产妇舒适度明显优于对照组;肠蠕动恢复时间及有效母乳喂养建立时间与对照组也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论产妇硬脊膜外麻醉术后回房,只要术中无麻醉并发症发生,取舒适自由卧位,可促进子宫收缩,减少阴道出血,提高舒适度,利于肠功能恢复及有效母乳喂养的建立。

Study for the post-operative body position for lying-in women with external cristae anaesthesia

Objective To find out the comfort body position for lying-in women after external cristae anaesthesia. Method 200 lying-in women with external cristae anaesthesia were randomly divided into experimental and control group.Experimental group applying lying position with pillow and change comfort position.Control group applying traditional lying position without pillow and free lying position after 6 to 8 hours.Result The decrease of fundus of uterus,colporrhagia and degree of comfortable in experimental group excelled that of control group.There is significant difference in resume time of intestinal wriggling and time for effective setting of breastfeeding between experimental group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Adapting of comfort body position for lying-in women after external cristae anaesthesia operation will enhance the contract of uterus,reduce colporrhagia,improve gastric-intestinal function recovery and breastfeeding.
