盐锁阳与锁阳对小鼠睾丸、附睾和包皮腺组织学的比较研究

盐锁阳可使正常和阳虚模型小鼠睾丸曲细精管初级精母细胞分裂活跃，间质细胞及其胞核体积明显增大；附睾管扩张，管腔增大；包皮腺成熟细胞数量增多。锁阳的作用则相反。揭示盐销阳对睾丸、附睾及包皮腺的功能有显著促进作用，而锁阳则有一定抑制作用。

Comparative research on histological changes of testis,epididymis and prepuce gland in mice by Salty suoyang and Suoyang

The volume of interstitial cells and nuclears changed bigger. As ductus epididymis cavities dilated so the volume of ductus epididymic became larger; the amount of the ripe cells in prepuce gland increased. but the effect ofsuoyang was opposite. these facts explained that salty suoyang could promote the sex function of male mice, butsuoyang had inhibitory effects.
