| 摘 要： | 目的探讨芳香化酶细胞色素P450(以下简称芳香化酶)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化方法检测36例EMs患者在位及异位子宫内膜组织芳香化酶的表达,并与22例正常子宫内膜进行比较。结果芳香化酶在EMs组异位内膜及在位内膜的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),增殖期与分泌期无明显差异(P>0.05),且与修订的美国生育协会标准(rAFS)分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论芳香化酶在异位内膜及在位内膜的的表达可能在EMs的发病中起重要作用。芳香化酶表达与EMs的严重程度无关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of aromatase cytochrome P450 in endometriosis.Methods The expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 was detected by immunohistochemical analysis in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of 36 endometriosis(EMs) women and compared with 22 control endometrium.Results The aromatase cytochrome P450 was strongly expressed in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis except normal endometrium(P<0.05). There were no difference between proliferative and secretory endometrium of endometriosis(P>0.05).No correlation was observed between the expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 and rAFS stage(P>0.05).Conclusion Expression of aromatase cytochrome P450 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis may play a key role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Aromatase cytochrome P450 has no correlation with the severity of endometriosis. |
