TCT联合阴道镜检查在宫颈癌病变中的诊断价值

目的 探讨应用液基薄层细胞学(TCT)宫颈细胞涂片及阴道镜指导下宫颈活检对宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析我院2006年4～10月204例临床高度可疑的患者,做TCT和阴道镜检查,应用配对卡方检验进行两组间比较.结果 阴道镜检查阳性筛出率与细胞学检查结果相比差异具有统计学意义.结论 宫颈病变的早期筛查中开展TCT和阴道镜等防癌筛查,能最大限度降低宫颈癌对妇女生命和健康的威胁.

The clinical significance of TCT combined with colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical cardnoma

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of TCT(Thim-prep Cytology Test) and biopsy examination under colposcopy for screening cervical cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of the data of TCT and colposcopy in 204 suspected patients collected in this hospital from April 2006 to October 28, 2007 was carried out by paired x2-test.Results There was statistical difference between the positive rate of TCT and positive colposcopic result.Conclusion There is significant clinical importance in TCT and colposcopy for early detection of cervical cancer in women.
