阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症的疗效观察

目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症疗效,并探讨其机制与安全性。方法对我院80例原发性高脂血症患者采取回顾性分析的方法,比较治疗前后血脂水平的变化。结果原发性高脂血症经阿托伐他汀治疗后,总有效率达81.25%,阿托伐他汀能有效的降低患者的降血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症安全有效,对防治动脉粥样硬化,减少冠脉事件发生具有重大的临床意义。

Efficacy of atorvastatin on treatment of primary hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe the efficacy of atorvastatin treatment on primary hyperlipidemia, and its mechanism and adverse reactions.Methods The data of 80 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were retrospectively analyzed by comparing the change in blood lipid levels before and after the treatment.Results After its treatment, the total efficiency rate reached 81.25%, and it can effectively decrease the serum levels of TC and LDL-C. There was significant statistical difference (P<0.05) in comparison with those of pre-treatment.Conclusion Atorvastatin is safe and effective in treatment of primary hyperlipidemia and it is clinically important in prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and reducing the occurrence of coronary artery events.
