| 摘 要： | 目的观察更昔洛韦(GCV)联合大剂量丙种球蛋白对婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎的疗效。方法比较以更昔洛韦联合大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗82例婴儿CMV性肝炎前后肝功能、肝脾大小变化以及CMV检测指标等的转阴率,并观察不良反应。结果肝功各项指标治疗前后差异显著(P<0.05),肝脾较治疗前明显回缩(P<0.05),血CMV-IgM、聚合酶链式反应法测定巨细胞病毒脱氧核糖核酸(PCR-CMV-DNA)转阴率分别为87.8%和75.8%。6例出现白细胞减少,停药后均迅速恢复。结论更昔洛韦联合大剂量丙种球蛋白联合治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎有较好疗效,未见明显不良反应,临床上值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of ganciclovir combined with high dosage intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) in treatment of infants with cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis.Methods The data of liver function findings, size of liver and spleen before and after treatment, and negative conversion rate of CMV-IgM in patients had been retrospectively studied.Results There were significant difference (P<0.05) in change of figures of liver function, size of liver and spleen before and after the treatment. The negative conversion rates of CMV-DNA and PCR-CMV-DNA were 87.8%and 75.8%respectively after treatment.Conclusion Combination therapy of ganciclovir and high dosage IVIG is of great value in the treatment of infants with cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis. |
