丝裂霉素C联合结膜瓣转位术治疗翼状胬肉的临床研究

目的 丝裂霉素C联合结膜瓣转位术可以降低翼状胬肉的复发率.方法 将翼状胬内患者87例随机分为A、B两组,A组选择传统翼状胬肉切除,B组选择丝裂霉素C联合结膜瓣转位术.翼状胬肉切除后,将0.2 mg/ml丝裂霉素C覆盖巩膜创面3～5 min,将结膜瓣转位缝合.观察比较两组治疗后复发率.结果 A组44例,复发9例,复发率20.45%.B组43例,复发2例,复发率4.88%.B组复发率远低于A组.结论 丝裂霉素C联合结膜瓣转位术治疗翼状胬肉是一种简单、安全、有效的方法,值得推广.

The combined use of mitomycin C and conjunctiva - flap transposition operation for the treatment of pterygium

Objective To examine whether mitomycin C treatment combined with conjunctival flap switch operation can reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium. Methods 87 cases of pterygium were randomly divided into Group A and Group B. Patients in Group A were treated with tradi- tional pterygium excision, patients in Group B treated with mitomycin C and conjunctiva - flap transposition operation. After pterygium excision the scleral wound was covered with 0.2 mg/ml of mitomycin C for 3 - 5 miniutes and then the conjunctival flap was switched with transposition operation. Results Of 44 cases in Group A, 9 cases relapsed , recurrence rate was 20.45%. Of 43 cases in Group B, 2 cases relapsed, recurrence rate was 4.88%. Recurrence rate in Group B was much lower than that in Group A. Conclusion The combined use of mitomycin C and cenjunctival flap transposition operation is a simple, safe and effective method for the treatment of pterygium.
