高龄老年人股骨近端骨折的治疗方法选择

目的 探讨高龄老年人(≥70岁)股骨近端骨折的最佳治疗方法.方法 总结12年中169例病例,按照病人及其家属意愿,72例行手术治疗,97例保守治疗.对治疗结果进行统计学分析.结果 手术组病人死亡率、并发症发生率、残疾率明显低于非手术组,生存质量较非手术组明显提高.结论 对于高龄老年人股骨近端骨折,只要没有手术禁忌证,手术治疗应当作为首选治疗方案.年龄不应当成为手术的禁忌.

Treatments of proximal femoral fracture in the elderly

Objective To investigate the optimal method of treatment for proximal femoral fractures in the elderly (over 70 years old ).Methods Of 169 elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures, 72 patients were treated with operation and 92 patients were treated with conservative method. Therapeutic results were compared between two groups.Results The mortality, complications and disability rate were significantly lower and life quality was significantly higher in operation group than in conservative treatment group.Conclusion As long as there are no contraindications for operation, opreation shoud be the treatment of choice for proximal femoral fractures in the elderly, and the old age is not the contraindication for operation treatment.
