| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液配合动脉栓塞化疗治疗肝癌的疗效及不良反应。方法:将60例肝癌患者随机分为复方苦参注射液配合动脉栓塞化疗组(试验组,30例)和仅用动脉栓塞化疗组(对照组,30例),2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果:试验组30例获部分缓解(PR)15例,稳定(SD)11例,总有效率为50.0%;对照组30例获PR 14例,SD 9例,总有效率为46.7%;两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验组白细胞下降的发生率、消化道反应(恶心呕吐、发热、肝区胀痛)发生率和肝脏毒性显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液能够减轻肝癌动脉栓塞化疗不良反应,增加患者化疗耐受性,提高生活质量。
