| 摘 要： | 早期手术治疗破裂脑动脉瘤６１例中，颈内动脉瘤２３例，前交通动脉瘤２３例，大脑前动脉瘤２例，大脑中动脉瘤１３例。出血后３天内手术者３８例，４～６天内手术２３例。术后发生症状性血管痉挛者必例，死亡６例。术中采取清除脑池内血块，罂粟碱冲洗脑池同时行腰部蛛网膜下腔引流，静脉投用胰岛素－葡萄糖－氯化钾溶液以及去骨瓣减压等，对于防止脑动脉瘤破裂后血管痉挛有效。

| Abstract: | ixty--onepatientswithruptusedcerebralaneurysmswereoperatedinearlystase.Thereare23aneurysmsSlocatedininternalcarotidartery.23inanteriorcommunicatingartery,2inanteriorcerebralarteryand13inmiddlecerebralartery.ThirtyeightPatientswereoperatedwithinthreedaysafterruptured,whileothersreceivedoperationsinthedurationoffourtosixdays.Postoperatively,fourPatientswerecomplicatedbysymptomaticvasospasm,andsixpotentsdied.Theseproceduresncludingremovalofclotsformhasalcisternduringearlyoperatiion,irrigatingthecisternwithpapaverinehydrochlorideandsimultaneousfromlumbarsubarachnoidcavity,administratingGlucose-Insulin-Potassiumsolutionintravenously,aswellasdecompressingbycranioectomyareeffectiveforthepreventionofvasospasmfollowingrupturedcerebralaneurysms. |
