加强管理 合理用药

合理用药是从管理和使用的角度,以现代医学和药学知识为指导,使药物的应用符合安全有效、及时方便和经济的要求。该院合理用药工作采取以下做法：①完善合理用药制度。②成立三级用药监察组织。③强化监测检查措施：一是定期对合理用药监察员进行培训;二是药理科合理用药监察小组坚持每月两次单项查房;三是定期开展病案合理用药分析;四是每季度至少一次用药审查统计;五是设置病人住院用药记帐卡和门诊举报箱,接受病人监督。④开展合理用药研究。⑤举办专题学术讲座。通过实施以上措施,取得良好成效。

Strengthening management for the rational use of drugs

What is meant by the rational use of drugs is to make,from the angle of management and application,the use of drugs meet the safety,effectiveness,timeliness and economy requirements, with the knowledge of modern medicine and pharmacology as the guidance. Our hospital has adopted the following measures in striving for the rational use of drugs.One is to perfect the system for the rational use of drugs.Another is to set up a threelevel supervisory organization for the use of drugs.Still another is to strengthen the supervisory and checking measures.The steps include regular training for the supervisors,itembyitem checking of the wards twice a month by the supervisory group,regular analyses of the medical records,investigation of the use of drugs once a season and the setting up of inpatient drug accounts and an outpatient offencereporting box.The fourth is to conduct studies of the rational use of drugs and the fifth is to hold lectures on special topics.Good results have been attained through the adoption of these measures.
