摘    要:医院后勤服务社会化是医院后勤改革的关键,面对改革的趋势,我们必须认真研究、悉心思考、统一认识、采取措施,改变目前医院后勤管理中不适应市场机制和现代医院管理的落后状态,主动寻找对策,充分利用和发掘现有后勤资源,在保证医院中心工作、“一切以病人为中心”为目标的前提下,把医院后勤管理和服务职能分离,认真操作、大胆探索,加快医院后勤服务社会化进程

Abstract:The socialization of hospital logistic service is the key to hospital logistics reform. Confronted with a growing reform tendency, we must take various measures so as to put an end to the backwardness of hospital logistics management, which does not quite fit in with the market mechanism and modern hospital administration. Intensive research, unity of thinking, separation of management and service functions, prudent operation and bold exploration are some of the steps that can help us to fully explore and utilize existing logistic resources and speed up the socialization process of hospital logistic service. Of course, in doing so, we must see to it that fulfillment of the central tasks and the patient oriented goals of the hospital is guaranteed.
