| 摘 要： | 观察了91例常见消化系恶性肿瘤病人甲状腺激素的变化。结果表明,血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3),甲状腺素(T_4)、T_3值均明显低于正常(P<0.01);反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT_3)明显高于正常(P<0.01);促甲状腺激素(TSH)无明显变化(P>0.05);其变化与病情严重程度密切相关,随治疗好转,差异变小。提示系“低T_3综合征”。常见消化系恶性肿瘤病人甲状腺激素的测定,可作为临床观察疗效、估计病情及判断预后的重要参数。 |

| Abstract: | Thyroid hormones were measured in 91 cases of malignancies. The results showed that the mean values f troiodiothyronine (T_3) and tetraiodothyronine (T_4) and the T_3/rT_3 ratio were significantly lower than normal hile everse troidiothyronine (rT_3)wassignificantly higher han normal. The thyroid-stimulation hormone (TSH) remained n-changed. It was found that there existed a close correlation between the changes of T_3,T_4,rT_3 and T-3/rT_3 ratio nd the severity of the illness. We conclude that measurementof throid hormone is useful in evaluating the severity nd prognosis of malignancies andin differentiating "low T_3 syndrome" from hypothyroidism. |
