| 摘 要： | 目的探讨检测胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)在延期妊娠引产中的临床价值.方法采用快速免役层析法检测202例延期妊娠孕妇宫颈阴道分泌物中的高磷酸化IGFBP-1, 并予以催产素引产.结果 IGFBP-1阳性组,3d内引产成功率91.20%;IGFBP-1阴性组,3d内引产成功率为41.80%.两结果比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论检测宫颈阴道分泌物中胰岛素样生长结合蛋白-1 可作为预测宫颈成熟的一个客观指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of insulin like growth factor binding protein-1 of cervicovaginal secretion in the delayed pregnancy termination. Methds Phosphorylated isoforms of IGFBP-1 in cervicovaginal secretion of 202 delayed pregnant women were measured by immmmunochromatography. Results In the IGFBP-1 positive group. The rate of successful pregnant termination in three days was 91 2%, while in IGFBP-1 negative group, the rate of that was 41 8%..There was statistically significant diference in the rate of successful pregnant termination between the two groups(P<0 05). Conclusion Phosphorylated isoforms of IGFBP-1 in the cervicovaginal secretion can serve as an objective indicator for predicting cervical ripening cervical ripeness. |
