| 摘 要： | 观测岩静脉的显微外科解剖特征，防止术中、术后出血等并发症。方法：通过２０例成人尸头解剖测量及６０例临床手术的观测，并进行统计学处理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the morphology,variations,and localization of the petrosal vein and to use the knowleage for clinical operation.Methods:Cadaveric specimens of 20 cases (40 sides) were anatimized and 60 patients with trigeminal neuralgia or hemifacial spasm,who had been treated with microvascular decompression and splitting,were stuied.Results:The microsurgical anatimic characteristics of the petrosal vein were reported.Specifically,the distance with relation to the operation was measured.Conclusion:A definite understanding of the characteristics of the petrosal vein is helpful in well handling the petrosal vein and successfully operating on the cerebellopontile angle. |
