上海市广州管圆线虫疫源地调查

目的]了解上海市广州管圆线虫疫源地的分布及感染情况,为预防控制广州管圆线虫病提供科学依据。方法]随机抽取南汇区新场镇和青浦区金泽镇为调查点。在调查点野外、自由市场、餐饮场所对广州管圆线虫的中间宿主、转续宿主和保虫宿主感染情况进行调查。结果]调查点发现广州管圆线虫中间宿主螺类2种(铜锈环棱螺、中国圆田螺)、蛞蝓2种(双线嗜黏液蛞蝓、黄蛞蝓)和蜗牛1种(中华灰尖巴蜗牛),同时查到保虫宿主(鼠)和转续宿主(淡水鱼、河虾、青蛙、河蟹,蟾蜍)。经检测均无广州管圆线虫感染。结论]本市目前尚无广州管圆线虫疫源地存在,但具备了该病流行的基本条件,一旦有该虫传入可引起传播,应加强健康教育。

Aearch for epidemic foci of angiostrongylus cantonensis in Shanghai

Objective] To know the distribution of epidemic foci of angiostrongylusis and to provide the basis for its control and prevention in Shanghai. Methods] Two pilot sites,e.g.Xingchang township of Nanhui district,and Jinze township of Qingpu district,were selected.The distribution and infection of the intermediate,paratenic and reservoir hosts of A.cantonensis were surveyed in the field,free markets and restaurants of each study site. Results] In the survey of intermediate hosts,two species of freshwater snails(Bellamya aeruginosa,Cipangopaludina chinensis),two species of slugs(Phiolomycus bilineatus,Limax flavus),and one species of land snail (Brddybaena ravida sieboldiana),5 types of paratenic host(fresh-water fishes,shrimps,crabs,frogs and toads) and feces of wild rats(reservoir host) were collected.But none collected samples mentioned above was found infected with A.cantonensis. Conclusion] No epidemic focus is found in Shanghai,but transmission factors are present.It is essential to strengthen health education program for control and prevention of angiostrongylusis.
