培元通腑冲剂对腹腔内感染患者术后肠功能影响的临床研究

目的：研究培元通腑冲剂对腹腔内感染患者术后肠功能的影响。方法：120例急性弥漫性腹膜炎手术患者，根据其是否服用中药分为中药组和非中药组(对照组)，对照组予以常用胃肠动力药。分别观察这两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间和术后48小时的腹腔引流量的改变。结果：中药组患者无明显的腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐，腹腔内引流量较对照组均有减少。肠功能恢复时间较为对照组缩短。结论：培元通腑冲剂能较好的促进术后患者肠功能的恢复。减轻的腹腔内炎症，增强和促进胃肠蠕动，减少并发症的发生，有利于患者术后恢复。

Peiyuan Tongfu Granule: Studies on Its Influences on Intestinal Functions due to Postoperational Intraabdominal Infection

Objective To study the influences of Peiyuan Tongfu Granule on intestinal functions due to intraabdominal infection. Method 120 cases of acute diffuse peritonitis patients after the operation were divided into the treatment group with the administration of the granule, and the control group with the administration of the commonly-used enterogastric dynamic drugs. We observed respectively the recovery duration of gurgling sound, exsufflation duration, defecation duration as well as the changes in abdominal drain volume 48 hours after the operation. Result In the treatment group, the patients had no marked abdominal distension, abdominal pain and nausea. The intraabdominal drain volume was less than that of the control group. The recovery duration of intestinal functions was shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion Peiyuan Tongfu Granule promotes the recovery of intestinal functions after the operation, relieves intraabdominal inflammation, enhances gastrointestinal peristalsis, reduces complications and benefits the recovery of postoperational patients.
