| 摘 要： | 改善.x线头影测量显示,上中切牙切缘到腭平面的垂直距离由压低前的(31.25±3.28)mm,减小至压低后的(26.25 ±3.25)mm,减少(5.00±2.76)mm,压低前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);上中切牙相对于腭平面的唇向倾斜度由压低前的(103.97±8.06)°增加到压低后的(113.30 ±10.61)°,增加(9.34±10.06)°,压低前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 应用种植体为支抗压低上切牙改善露龈笑是可行且有效的.
