侧卧位经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜取石治疗复杂性肾结石的研究

目的探讨复杂性肾结石的微创治疗方法及侧卧位对患者手术的影响。方法回顾分析我院2年来采用侧卧位经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜取石治疗复杂性肾结石76例临床资料。结果本组均在B超引导下健侧卧位一期穿刺造瘘取石,结石一次取净率70%,两次手术结石总取净率为95%,手术时间平均1.8h,术中无输血,平均出血量105m l。结论侧卧位经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜取石治疗复杂性肾结石疗效好,合并心肺功能不全的患者能耐受侧卧位手术。

Treatment of the complicated renal calculi by taking caiculis through percutaneous micronephrostomy and ureteroscopy under side -lying position

Objective To probe minor-traumatic treatment of complicated renal calculi and the effect on the patients operated under side-lying position.Methods To analyse the 76 cases which have been given the treatment to complicated renal calculi through percutaneous micronephrostomy and ureteroscopy under(side-)lying position.Results They presented 70% stone-free after the first operation.When the second operation finished,it added up to 95%.The average time of operation losing was 1.8 hours.No transfusion was needed during the operations and the average amount of blood losing was 105ml. Conclusion It's effective to use percutaneous micronephrostomy and ureteroscopy to treat complicated renal calculi under side-lying position.Even the patients who are together with the malfunction of heart and lung can also undertake the operation under side-lying position.
