| 摘 要： | 目的检测端粒酶在良、恶性腹水细胞中的活性,初步确定能否作为鉴别良、恶性腹水的标记物.方法采用TRAP-银染法检测51例腹水标本中端粒酶活性,并同时测定CEA、LDH含量,检测染色体、查找肿瘤细胞等.结果端粒酶活性在恶性腹水细胞中阳性率高(27/32,84.38%),良性腹水细胞中阳性率低(0%),两者相比有显著性意义(P＜0.01),腹水其他检测项目,阳性率均不及腹水端粒酶活性,与其相比较有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论恶性腹水中端粒酶活性检测呈阳性,可望成为鉴别良恶、性腹水的方法之一. |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the telomerase activity of cells in malignant and benign ascites so as to provide more accurate marker in differential diagnosis.Methods 51 samples of ascites were detected for the telomerase activity by TRAP methods, at the same time, detecting the level of CEA, LDH, looking for abnormal chromosome and malignant cells.Results In benign ascites, the telomerase activity was not detected, whereas in malignant ascites, 27 of 32 was positive (84.38%) .Conclusion Detecting telomerase activity could be expected as a new way in differential diagnosis. |
