鼻炎喷剂对变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜形态及组胺含量的影响

目的：观察鼻炎喷剂对变应性鼻炎（AR）大鼠鼻黏膜形态及组胺含量的影响。方法：选用雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为6组：正常对照组、模型组、鼻炎喷剂低剂量组、鼻炎喷剂中剂量组、鼻炎喷剂高剂量组、西药对照组。采用卵清蛋白喷雾致敏造成大鼠AR模型,各治疗组采用相应药物滴鼻给药。治疗15 d后,光镜下观察各组大鼠鼻黏膜形态改变,并用荧光分光光度计测定鼻黏膜组胺含量。结果：模型组大鼠可见鼻黏膜水肿、充血,炎症细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞浸润;各治疗组鼻黏膜病变明显改善。模型组鼻黏膜组胺含量升高,各治疗组组胺含量显著降低（P〈0.01）。结论：鼻炎喷剂可减轻鼻黏膜病变、降低鼻黏膜组胺含量达到治疗AR的目的。

Effects of "Biyan Spray" on Pathomorphological Changes and Histamine Content in Nasal Mucosa in Allergic Rhinitis Rats

Objective：To observe the effects of ＂Biyan Spray＂ on pathomorphological changes and histamine content in nasal mueosa in allergic rhinitis （AR） rats. Methods： Sixty male SD rats were divided into six groups： normal group, model group, low-dose treatment group, middle-dose treatment group, high-dose treatment group and control group. AR rat model was made by ovalbumin and corresponding treatment was given by nasal drip. After 15-day treatments, the morphological changes and histamine content in nasal mueosa were observed respectively by optical microscope and fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results： There was obvious edema, congestion, inflammatory cells and eosinophils infiltration in nasal mueosa in model group, but they were alleviated in all treatment groups and control group; the histamine content in nasal mucosa increased significantly in model group, but it fell in all treatment groups and control group（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： ＂Biyan Spray＂ is effective in treating AR possibly by alleviating allergic inflammation and lowering histamine content in nasal mueosa.
