| 摘 要： | 目的通过，临床检测复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）与健康人的牙周指标，分析RAU的发生与患者牙周状况之间的关系。方法RAu组收集102例复发性口腔溃疡患者；对照组为前来体检、结果表明身体健康的40例健康者，2组间年龄、性别遵循随机对照原则，进行匹配。临床记录牙周状况检测指标：菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）、牙龈退缩程度（GR）、松动度（M）。结果PLI指数的最大值、松动度的最大值在2组人群的分布情况不相同，RAU组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。RAU组牙齿的牙周袋深度比健康对照组显著增加（P〈0．05）。结论RAU组的菌斑指数、松动度、牙周袋深度比健康对照组显著增加，复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的牙周状况显著差于健康对照组。复发性阿带他渍疡的发病可能与牙周炎有一定相关性。 |
