生长激素释放肽对心衰大鼠心肌组织中IL-6的影响

摘    要:
目的研究心肌组织中白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的含量变化以及生长激素释放肽(growth hormonereleasing peptide,GHRP)对其影响。方法以阿霉素制备大鼠心衰模型,采用放射免疫学方法检测大鼠心肌组织中IL-6的含量。结果模型组与正常组相比,左室峰压、左室压力最大上升和下降速率(±dp/dtmax)降低,而心肌组织中IL-6含量增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与模型组相比,左室峰压、左室压力最大上升和下降速率(±dp/dtmax)增高,心肌组织中IL-6含量降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与正常组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IL-6与CHF的发生密切相关,GHRP具有降低心肌组织中IL-6含量和改善CHF大鼠心功能的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To study the change of the content of IL-6 in myocardium and the effect of GHRP on which.Methods Rat model of heart failure was prepared by injecting Adriamycin,and measure the content of IL-6 in myocardium of rats by Radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with normal group,the left ventricular peak pressure,left ventricular pressure maximal rising and falling rate of model group decreased,and the content of IL-6 of model group in myocardium increased.The differences were statistically significant.Compared with model group,the left ventricular peak pressure,left ventricular pressure maximal rising and falling rate of treatment group increased,and the content of IL-6 of treatment group in myocardium decreased.The differences between treatment group and model group were statistically significant.The differences between treatment group and normal group were not statistically significant.Conclusion The development of CHF is closely related to IL-6.GHRP can decrease the content of IL-6 in myocardium and improve heart function of rats with CHF.
