| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效.方法将75例COPD急性发作并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用益气活血化痰中药.结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,其动脉血气及血液流变学指标的改善亦优于对照组.结论益气活血化痰中药配合西医常规处理治疗COPD急性发作并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭疗效较好.

| Abstract: | Obiective:To Observe the effect of Combined Use of TCM and WM Therapy for COPD complicated by respiratory failure.Methods:75 patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the controlled group. Patients in both groups received the usual treatment of WM, while those in the treatment group had been given chinese drugs preparation of Benefiting Qi,Activating Blood Circultion and Recolving phlegm in addition. Results:The effect,the parameters of blood gas analysis and the blood rheology of the treatment group were superior to those of the controlled group.Conclusion:The therapy of Combined TCM and WM is valuable in treating COPD complicated by respiratory failure. |
