| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管不孕症的临床效果对比。方法选择2005年1月至2008年12月在我院诊治的输卵管不孕症病例108例,根据患者及家属的意愿,分为开腹组（56例）和腹腔镜组（52例）。通过开腹及腹腔镜两种方式进行输卵管远端造口或（和）周围粘连分离,观察其短期临床指标和随访妊娠率。结果与开腹手术比较,腹腔镜手术的手术操作时间无差异（P〉0.05）,术后自主排尿时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间明显缩短（P〈0.01）。两组随访期间不同时段的妊娠率相近（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜下输卵管整形术治疗输卵管不孕症的疗效与开腹手术相近,但明显缩短了患者肠道功能和泌尿系统功能的恢复时间和住院时间,是一种值得推荐的治疗手段。
