| 摘 要： | 目的：GC法测定甲磺酸溴隐亭片中甲磺酸溴隐亭的含量。方法：毛细管气相色谱法，以联苯胺为内标。结果：线性范围1．0～5．0mg／m1；r=0．9991。回收率为99．4％，RSD=0．74％。结论：方法简便，精确，重现性好，可很好地控制甲磺酸溴隐亭片的内在质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination of Bromocriptine mesylate in Bromocriptine mesylate Tablets by Gas Chromatography. Methods: GC/FID. The concentration of Bromocriptine mesylate was quantified by internel standard method. Nicotinamide was used as internel standard. Results;The method was linear within the range of 0. 5-2. 5mg/ml,r= 0.9994. The mean recovery was 101. 2%(RSD = 0. 932%). Conclusions: The method was easy, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be a qualititative control of Bromocrptine mesylate tablets. |
