| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨腋部瘢痕挛缩的整复外科治疗方法。方法 :轻度患者一般采用五瓣法或 Z成形术整复 ,重度患者采用肩胛旁轴型皮瓣 ,侧胸岛状皮瓣或全厚皮加邻近皮瓣整复术。结果 :术后配合功能锻炼 ,均取得满意的治疗效果。结论 :五瓣术或 Z成形术是修复轻度腋部瘢痕挛缩的有效手术方法 ,肩胛旁轴型皮瓣、侧胸岛状皮瓣或全厚皮片加邻近皮瓣整复术是修复重度腋部瘢痕挛缩的有效手术方法

Repair surgery treatment of axillary burn scar contracture |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the repair surgerg treatment of axillarg burn scur contracture.Methods:Repair surgery treatment of mild cases with the 5-flap procedure and Z-plasty that of severe cases with parascapular plap and lateral thoracic island or a local rotational flap plus free skin graft.Results:The better result was obtained in all patients.Conclusion:The 5-flap procedure and Z-plasty are good repair methods in mild cases,the parascapular flap and lateral thoracic island or a local rotational flap plus free skin grafe are good repair methods in severe cases. |
