| 山莨菪碱加羟乙基淀粉及维生素C治疗不稳定型心绞痛51例 | |

| 摘 要： | 应用山莨菪碱加羟乙基淀粉及维生素C治疗不稳定型心绞痛51例,心绞痛显效率47％,心电图显效率33％,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);心电图总有效率为65％。治疗后两例心电图恶化,其中1例室颤猝死,而对照组有4例心电图恶化,其中两例发生AMI,一例室颤猝死。认为本疗法对不稳定型心绞痛的症状缓解,心电图改善,促进心肌恢复及预防并发症,都有良好作用。 |

| Abstract: | 51 cases of unstable angina pectoris were treated with anisodamine, hydroxyethylamylum and V.c The remarkable effectual rate:47%.ECG:33%, both were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); the total effective rate of ECG was 65% Only two cases failed on ECC, one sudden death of ventricular fibrillation white four caSeS of the control group failed on ECG. two died of AMI and one ventricular fibrillation. The treatment is considered to be effective in remitting unstable angina pectoris, improving ECG, accelerating myocardial convalescence and preventing complications. |
