| 摘 要： | 本实验检测了阻塞性黄疸（ＯＪ）大鼠静注内毒素（ＥＴ）后血浆尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）及肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）水平，以及预防性使用已酮可可碱（ＰＴＸ）后上述指标的变化。结果，阻黄大鼠静注ＥＴ后ＢＵＮ及ＴＮＦ浓度均较对照组高，预防性使用ＰＴＸ后，ＢＵＮ水平随ＴＮＦ下降而降低。提示，ＯＪ所伴发的肾功能损害中，ＴＮＦ可能起中介作用，预防性应用ＰＴＸ可以保护肾功能。 |

| Abstract: | The plasma levels of BUN and TNF in rats with obstructive jaundice were measured,after the intravenous in jection of ET and prophylactic with PTX.The results showed that the levels of BUN and TNF were higher in obstructive rats than that in the controls ofter the intravenous injection of ET;and the BUN decreased with the decrease of TNF after prophylactc with PTX.These suggest that TNF might be a mediated factor of renal function impairment accompanying obstructive jaundice,and renal function may be protected after prophylaxsis with PTX. |
