| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨葛根素的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以葛根素含量为考察指标,对葛根药材的提取条件进行优选。结果:影响因素为:提取次数>加水量>提取时间。结论:葛根的最佳提取工艺为:提取两次,每次加10倍量水,提取时间分别为1.5h和1h。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To search the best way to extract puerarin from Radix Puerariae.METHODS Based on orthogonal test,according to the content of Puerarin,select out the best way to extract Radix Puerariae.RESULTS The importance of three factors were as follows:the number of extraction>the volume of water>the duration of extaction.CONCLUSION Radix Puerariae should be extracted by water twice and add ten times water in each time,1.5 and 1 hour later respectively. |
