联合用药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染临床效果评价

目的探讨联合用药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法 144例反复呼吸道感染儿童随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组各72例,治疗组给予匹多莫德加黄芪颗粒治疗,对照组给予匹多莫德治疗,收集并分析相关资料。结果治疗组临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗后3个月发病次数明显减少(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后呼吸道感染3个月发病次数少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组治疗前后IgG、IgA水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论联合用药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染能提高治疗疗效,同时促进机体免疫功能提高。

Clinical evaluation of the combination treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the combination treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infec- tion. Methods 144 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with pidotimod and Huangqi Granule and the control group were only given pidotimod treatment. The related data were collected and analyzed. Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The inci- dence of respiratory tract infection decreased obviously in both groups 3 months after the treatment, and the incidence was less in the treat- ment group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of IgG and IgA increased significantly after the treatment, but there was no significant difference of the levels between the two groups. Conclusion The combination therapy of pidotimod and Huangqi Granule can improve the therapeutic efficacy as well as their immunologic function in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
