| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对精索静脉曲张(VC)的诊断价值。方法:对34例(32例为左侧,2例为双侧)经手术证实的曲张精索静脉(临床组)和25条正常精索静脉(对照组)的血管内径、反流时间等指标进行统计学分析。结果:临床组与对照组之间血管内径、反流持续时间差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),两组之间血流速度无明显差异(P>0.05)。与手术结果对照,彩色多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张的诊断符合率为100%。结论:二维及彩色多普勒超声作为安全、无创的检查方法,可早期、准确诊断精索静脉曲张,对临床制定治疗方案有重要参考价值。
