中晚期肺癌两种不同化疗法治疗效果评价

目的 对比分析中晚期肺癌经不同化疗方法治疗的疗效。方法 收集78例确诊的中晚期肺癌患者，所有患者分成按肿瘤细胞分型经静脉全身化疗（A组）和经导管支气管动脉内灌注化疗药物（B组）。用统计学方法分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗后A、B两组的有效率分别为26．1％和46．9％，经X^2分析两组之间有效率差异有显著性，B组有效率较A组高，但其远处转移发生率亦较高。结论经导管支气管动脉灌注化疗疗法和全身静脉化疗相比能更有效地控制原发病灶。但对远处转移控制能力较差，两种方法相结合的综合治疗有望进一步提高治疗效果。

Evaluation of two chemotherapies on lung cancer patients at moderate and advanced stages

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bronchial arterial infusing and systemic vein chemotherapy on moderate and advanced lung cancer. Methods 78 cases with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into Group A treated with different systemic vein chemotherapy according to tumor cell typing and Group B treated with transcatheter bronchial arterial infusing(BAI).The clinical effect was evaluated with statistical method. Results The total effective rate was 26.1% in Group A and 46.9% in Group B,showing significant difference(P>0.05).Though the total effective rate in Group B was higher than that of Group A,but the incidence rate of transfer to distant place in Group B was higher than that in A groups. Conclusion The primary focus can be controlled by BAI compared with systemic vein chemotherapy,The control of diatant transfer of lung cancer was nor ideal in Group B than A combination of two methods is hopeful for enhancement of therapeutic effect.
