| 摘 要： | 晚期糖基化终产物受体是细胞表面分子中免疫球蛋白超家族中的一个特征性成员,通过与多种配体结合,激活不同的细胞信号转导途径,产生一系列病理损伤反应,在糖尿病、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、炎症损伤等多种疾病中起重要作用.研究晚期糖基化终产物受体及其多个配体在子痫前期中表达增高,可能为子痫前期的防治提供新的靶点,具有重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | The receptor for advanced glycation end(RAGE) products is a characteristic member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface molecules.It binds to varied kind of ligands,activates several signal transduction pathways,inducing a series of pathologic reactions,and plays important roles in development of diabetes mellitus,cardiovascular diseases,neurological diseases,inflammatory injuries.Recent study have shown increased expression of RAGE and its many ligands in pre-eclampsia,suggesting that blockade of the RAGE axis may be a new target for prevention and treatment of pre-eclampsia. |
