| 摘 要： | 本工作利用改进后的Langendorf哺乳类动物离体心脏灌流技术,对家兔离体心脏心电图记录作了探索性的研究。为了了解家兔离体心脏心电图的实际意义,我们在研究中改变了实验灌流条件或给予了人为的刺激动因,都明显地观测到相应的心电图图形的变化。这就有可能为某些急性心肌疾患的研究提供一个简易可行的实验手段。 |

| Abstract: | Modified Langendodf's method for perfusing the isolated mammalian heart was used to nvestigate the electrocardiogram tracing of the isolated rabbit heart.In order to understand the prac-tical significance of the electrocardiogram of the isolated rabbit heart,we observed the corresponding changes in electrocardiogram of the rabbit under different perfusion conitions and various artificial stimuli.Hence, it is possible to provide a simple and practical experimental means for research of some acute diseases of the myocardium. |
